Who can use VelPay
VelPay is for registered businesses selling lawful physical or digital goods and services online, with clear pricing, delivery and refund terms.
Prohibited businesses
Adult content or services; AI-generated or manipulated intimate imagery of real people (including "undress" or "nudify" tools); gambling, betting and lotteries; weapons and ammunition; drugs, cannabis and controlled substances; prescription medication; tobacco and vape products; counterfeit or infringing goods; financial services, exchanges and money transfer; multi-level marketing and get-rich-quick schemes; dating and escort services; anything illegal where you or your customers are located.
Prohibited practices
Processing payments for another business, disguising the nature of what is sold, splitting transactions to avoid limits, and using the service to move funds without an underlying sale.
Enforcement
We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that breach this policy and hold funds as allowed by our Terms.
