PIX and SBP
Payers pay from their own banking app, in Brazilian reais with PIX or in Russian rubles with SBP, by scanning a code on the checkout. You are credited the order's value in USD.
How the payer pays
- On the checkout the payer chooses PIX or SBP and sees the amount in reais or rubles before going further.
- The next step shows a code for that amount. The payer scans it with their bank's app. PIX can also be copied and pasted into the app. SBP can be copied as a link and pasted there.
- The banking app shows the amount and the name of the account that receives it, and the payer confirms.
- Once the payment is confirmed you receive
order.paid. The checkout updates by itself.
Amount and codes
- The amount due is converted at the day's exchange rate when the code is created. An order already priced in BRL or RUB asks for exactly its amount.
- PIX accepts from 1 to 10,000 BRL. SBP accepts from 10 to 150,000 RUB. An order outside that window does not offer the method.
- A code stays payable for 60 minutes, or until the order expires if that is sooner. After that the checkout offers Get a new code as long as the order is open.
Settlement and reversals
- The net is available to withdraw the next day. Your fee is on the method in the dashboard.
- A payment the payer's bank later reverses is booked as a lost dispute, the same way as a card chargeback.
- In test mode no code is created. Use the simulate button on the checkout.
Offering it
Pass pix or sbp in the order's methods array. Live checkout shows a method only after it is approved for your store and the platform side is switched on. Either method can be switched off on its own.
